Isn’t it annoying, when you know you’ve heard the name, but you just can’t place it? Well fear no more, cause I’m here to tell you all about us. WICKED COMICS is a voluntary organization that gathers together a bunch of talented Maltese artists who are collectively working towards the production of original comics. WICKED COMICS was conceived early 2006 when members of the Something Wicked team where threatened with an anal probe by aliens unless they did something to kick start the Maltese comic scene. Our first project was the BIG BANG which was a two-day comic gathering where our artists could be seen working on original comics. The event while showcasing the talent of our artists, also included talks on comics, and provided an ideal location were comic fans could come, relax, chat with like-minded people, and watch comic related movies, besides buying more comics and related accessories.



The buzz generated by the event, gave the members of WICKED COMICS, the energy they needed to continue to produce comics. In fact, after the event more artists joined this quest. During this summer, WICKED COMICS, have contracted the VIRUS, and are now part of the ever growing VIRUS PROJECT. As part of the artistic revolution that defines VIRUS, we will be bringing you several short comic stories and strips on this website, and let you in on all the cool stuff we will be working on during the year.
