JK, Whorfin, Dean, and Servo are four fraternity brothers at the fictional New Jersey State University who try as hard as they can to fit their classes into their busy days of chasing after every girl and drink every single beer on campus. Most of the time their adventures lead to extremely funny unsuccessful results which makes the comics all the more fun.

Artist Don Edwards has joined Ryan to produce the first Wise Intelligence mini-series. Written some three years ago Don is bringing his charm, wit, and unabashed talent to the project with big hopes of making Wise Intelligence the true great story of four college guys. Maybe, some day, we'll able to make the entire transition of what happens from boys to men. But that might be thinking too far ahead, isn't it? LET'S GET OUR MINI ON!!!

Until then the anthology issues are currently available for purchase! The first Wise Intelligence comic was released in 2005 and is currently for sale at ComiXpress. And HEY!!! - issue 2 can be bought by just clicking here! With all the stories written by Ryan McLelland the comic features eleven stories drawn by such artists as Bob Lipski, Reilly Brown, Scott Kellogg, Jens Lund, and many others while also sporting a cameo by famed indy comic creations Cerebus and Captain Jack.

The second Wise Intelligence anthology comic features art by Bob Lipski, Adam Talley, and Dave LaFuente with stories written by Ryan, Jeff Stewart, and Scott Hess. The book is also a flip-book containing five pages of the upcoming book 'The Salesman'.

The Wise Intelligence characters have also been featured in other books like the Ragtag anthology, the upcoming BAM anthology, and a guest appearance in an upcoming Uptown Girl comic. A version of his Wise Intelligence screenplay was published by Xlibris Publishing back in 2001 along with another one of Ryan's screenplays and is currently available at most online book stores including Amazon.com.

Ryan McLelland is the writer of Wise Intelligence. Ryan's written for such magazines as Newsarama (known well for his weekly columns 'Your Indy Weekly' and 'It Came From The Quarter Bin') and Latino Review (well known for his interview where he compared lip sizes with Angelina Jolie). He's also written for Hollywood production house Platinum Studios and alot of the crap he currently can't remember while writing in third person. He is a member of the production studio Evolution Studios which can also be found on MySpace.
