So, the's name's Zap. I used to be a serious cartoonist, but some rejections from MAD and other comics companies kinda killed that optimistic buzz. So, about five years ago, I gave up, got drunk, and burned all my art. I decided to get back into it as a way to save my sanity and because I discovered webcomics at the last Connecticon. I can actually get my shit seen.

I've started work on a webcomic of my own, to be called Zaptronik Comix, which has a sort of an underground thing. Don't lump me in with all those do-nothing, pretentious underground artists, though. I'm underground in spirit, not in attitude. Guys like Crumb were major influences, and it kills me to see comics getting so - mechanical and trite. I've been working for a very short time, so it's going to be a while before I get stuff up, but, meh - it's coming. I gotta figure out the rest of this internet stuff first.
