| Bulletin: | Tortured, by Tim Morgan and Kurt Belcher A tense tale of looking for Ms. Right takes turn for the worse in a story that I like to call a cross between Sex and the City and Kolchak: The Night Stalker. Tim Morgan is a fantastic script writer and won the 2003 Writer's Digest Writing Competition. Like many film lovers, he is a natural for comic book script writing and a big fan of the medium. Kurt Belcher is a rising star artist in comics. Published in Shooting Star's "Fanzing Presents Job Wanted," and Elder Signs Press's "Book of Dark Wisdom," he is heavily influenced by the dark art of Frank Miller and Mike Mignola.
