They took advantage of it because they know of our shitty police. The same police force that says if you see drugs being sold in front of you that's not evidence. The same animal control that said even though you saw someone killing birds with your own eyes and even did it in front of a cop refused to prosecute them simply for one reason. They are of a certain background and no one wants to offend them. I can try to call the aspca but at this point it's a race issue and whites always lose.

This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat an innocent animal, treating it like some sick toy for their amusement, and I hope somewhere down the road, these people meet someone who treats their own lives like their own private plaything.
